The details behind the number

What shapes your quote.

Creative scope

The concept, planning, session or production time, and complexity of the work.

Final deliverables

The number of selected images or other agreed outputs, editing needs, formats, and delivery arrangements.

Before you commit

Your written proposal and agreement should identify the scope, total fees, applicable additional costs, deliverables, usage rights, payment terms, cancellation arrangements, and delivery expectations.

Include timing, location, references, and an optional budget range so we can discuss a suitable approach.

Pricing questions

Clear expectations.

Are there fixed packages or published hourly rates?

Projects are quoted by scope. This page does not list standardized packages or approved hourly rates. Send your requirements for a project-specific discussion.

Are retouching, prints, and commercial usage included?

Inclusions depend on the written scope. Confirm editing, image quantities, formats, print options, and usage rights in your proposal rather than assuming every item is included.

What if my project changes?

Discuss a change before adding work. A change to production, deliverables, or usage may require a revised scope, price, or agreement.

What about model test work or project participation?

Model and talent opportunities use Be the Canvas and the application process. Compensation and image usage are discussed for the specific collaboration before participation; this is separate from a client commission.

Let’s put a scope around your idea.
